FOREWORD 

 

Covid-19 pandemics has been an accelerator of change … a tsunami in a world already facing many challenges such as urbanization, globalization or climate change.

 

When I created MICOLIA early 2020, focusing on transformation and change, I never expected to see such a tsunami happening in the word.

 

Digitalization of economies is obviously one critical accelerator, but certainly not the only one, and many companies are re-thinking their strategies, business models and operations.

 

Transformation carries for me a very positive meaning, not only about reacting and adapting to short-term events (which is certainly necessary) … but also re-inventing itself to catch new emerging opportunities.

 

I would be excited to bring my 30 years management experience, and my 20 years in Asia to support YOUR business in Asia.

 

I define myself as a “bottom-up” leader, with a strong expertise in B2B, B2C and B2B2C environments.
